WHAT IS IT?
Any exhibit built from scratch from raw materials to
specifications. This could mean anything as simple and as flimsy
as a thin wood slat frame covered in foam core, to quality aluminum
welded frames with fine cabinet woodwork.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR?
Make sure you're getting an exhibit designed just for
your needs, not just someone else's warmed over leftovers. Make
sure individual units use little if any assembly (this maybe a
customs greatest advantage). Make sure materials are as lightweight
as possible, yet durable and sturdy. Make sure quality materials
are used that are smooth and straight with easy to use fasteners.
Make sure packing crates are included that are durable, easily
accessible with lists of contents. Get complete detailed instructions.
